Key Priorities

  1. To rapidly improve the quality of teaching so that it is consistently good or better.
  2. To develop independent focused learners.
  3. To develop a balance across the 6 areas of learning to meet the needs of each cohort.

Expected Impact

  1. Children will be making at least good progress from their baseline in the 6 areas of learning.
  2. Children will be actively engaged and enthusiastically in their learning experiences.
  3. The environment will be exciting and stimulating reflecting the learning needs of the children.
